      It is industrial art. This ammonia compressor was used to supply the town with ice. It is particularly associated with the rabbit plagues of the 1950s. The freezing works had the capacity to freeze 6,000 rabbits. Over $150,000 was paid to local sportsmen to catch rabbits.
